GUEST GUIDE ATTIRE

Wedding guest attire can be tricky. With wedding season around the corner you may have a couple of weddings to attend. Some will be casual, others will be semi formal, dress codes are always a possibility.

There are a few things to remember while getting dressed in order to be respectful of the ceremony and the people getting married.

We are here to break down wedding attires for you,so you look your best for your events!

COCKTAIL ATTIRE:

It's the balance between formal and casual, as well as elegant and comfortable. It means dressy but not too dressy. A knee length dress that hits just below or above the knee is a great option. You can also wear a jumpsuit or modern pants suit. The options are endless.

Men can wear a button-down dress shirt with a tailored suit.

If the event is during the day , think of natural colors and fresh styles. In the evenings feel free to use darker hues.

WHITE TIE:

It's the most formal outfit. White tie suggests an extremely clean, elegant and sharp outfit.

The best and most commonly suggested look is a tuxedo. The tuxedo is a super elegant men's suit, it must be worn with a proper tuxedo shirt and a bow tie. Women should wear a formal floor length evening gown, with jewelry heels and an elegant clutch.

SEMI FORMAL WEDDING:

Semi formal can be interpreted as dressy casual. Think of flowy dresses, simple suit jackets. You can let your hair down and try neutral colors for your makeup. You can't go wrong with muted hues and pastel shades for your dress.

CASUAL WEDDING ATTIRE:

You need to carefully balance comfort and practicality with style. You need a dress that´s easy to dance in, something that feels nicer than your everyday look. A cute sundress is a great option for a summer wedding.

This are some extra tips:

When choosing an outfit you need to consider the location of your event, the weather, the season, and the time of day.

As a guest you should NEVER wear white!

Now go get dressed and have a great time!
